Frequently asked questions

Why is pricing not published?

Pricing is set per organization and depends on seat count, products included (GSCI Portal, the Global Sentiment Monitor, API, MCP) and contract term. Drop us a line with your team size and intended use and we’ll come back with a quote within a working day.

What payment methods do you accept?

Invoice with payment by bank transfer (SEPA where available). We do not currently take credit cards; we onboard customers under a signed order form with annual billing as standard.

Can I trial the Portal before committing?

Yes — write to [email protected] and we’ll set up a time-bounded evaluation for one or two named users covering the scope you’d use in production.

What is included in the API plan?

Business and Enterprise plans include access to the read-only REST API at /api/v1 (OpenAPI + Redoc docs at /api/v1/docs). Enterprise additionally includes the MCP server for AI-agent integration. Rate limits and quotas are contractual and listed on the order form.

How do seats work?

Each user has their own credentials within the organization, with per-seat roles (owner, admin, analyst, viewer). The first admin is provisioned by SolAbility on contract start; subsequent invites are managed by the organization’s own admins from the Team page.

Can we add the Global Sentiment Monitor?

Yes. The Global Sentiment Monitor is a sibling product with its own plan. Customers who hold both products get single sign-on between the two and a unified seat count. See gsm.solability.com/pricing.
